Drove to Indy Car race at Mid-Ohio, slid around in the mud.....hit the spray wash on the way home...Dark Helmet is now sleeping.
installed the last of the pieces from the trans swap. just need to bleed the clutch and add trans fluid in order to finally be able to drive the car
Okay....you busted me. I actually ran some back roads from Mid-Ohio to Cardington and used the carwash before anyone could see it muddy.:rolleyes5:
Drove home from MITM in Scooter, Pat drove home in RocketDog. I70 into Denver was a mess on Sunday, we took the Central City Parkway to the gambling towns, picked up Colorado Hwy 119 Peak to Peak. Decide to the WonderVu Drive West to East (Colorado Hwy 72) up to the WonderVu Mexican Restaurant. it was extra good, hungry does that to you. Then home via CO 93, CO 128, then fill the tanks, home, take a nap. Don A very fine weekend motoring in the Colorado Mountains.
Jim, check the hatch latch. It may be bottoming out. If you adjust the rubber stops outward it may eliminate it.
Thanks Mark, I adjusted them, as a second thought, but haven't driven it again. Funny you mention this, because the hatch kept coming to mind for some reason. MM, the noise if coming from behind the driver's seat, not in it. Jim
A buddy recently bought a new car so.... Found Isaac in an empty parking lot and went motoring. :biggrin5:
