I thought you would have put it away for the winter, by now, so you could start all those winter mods that you wait until spring to do.:lol: Jim
Yea me too, lol. But the beast has a flat will fix this weekend. Tell you the truth it's been such a hectic October I haven't even made my "winter list to do in the spring" yet.
:cornut: Drove to school and back 116mi. Drained 60ml/2oz of dinasaur snot, AKA intake valve carbonate, from the OCC(1 wks worth). Topped up the oil with 400ml Mobil 1 extended performance. Other fluids and tire pressure all okay. Jason
Didn't do much. Cleaned the windows & lights so I can see where I'm going tomorrow morning. Checked the oil & had to add 0 ml. Looks like 2 car washes in my future Saturday.
Drove over to StreetWerks and picked up my newly powder coated black 18's. They look fantastic! Now I have several months to get the summer tires mounted (215/35-18), the thin red pinstripe added (very, very thin), and prepped to mount prior to the trip to MOTD!
Someone took window paint for your car and wrote "Don't look at me when I'm upset" on my windshield and an arrow leading from my hood to my bumper/headlights. Never had I noticed until this random person pointed it out. Spent half the day washing my car and calming reassuring him that he doesn't look that sad. Tough day for the Cooper...
Drove to Houston to see the Johnson Space Center. Turns out the Curiosity Rover is about the size of a MINI Cooper.
With the cold weather upon us here in the east... I swapped out the summer tires for the Blizzaks.... Booo!
I sat there in the garage, enjoying the awesome 75 degree day... sipp'n an ice cold Dos Equis Amber while planning the next mod on my R53. Afterall, it deserves some extra love. :beer
