Went to Best Buy and purchased a surround system for our new flat screen TV. Which fit in her backseat on Friday. Who needs a pickup truck when you have a MINI Cooper S Convertible. Then she got a bath and a waxing....

Installed a K&N Typhoon intake on my R56S. I'm enjoying the new sound from the front of the MINI!

Will be taking the wife's CMS in for an oil change in about an hour. I love getting to play around with that turbo.

Yeah, but my chain tensioner is much quieter.... Course you can't hear the Gnat's tensioner either due to the exhaust.....

Man.... that's a loud exhaust.... The local squirrels have all moved away....:D

I've been preping for a move... using the MINI to carry the occasional few boxes to storage. I'm always amazed at the volume of stuff I can fit in there!

    Changed thermostat the other day.
Got the coolant stains off my aluminum reservoir tank and restored my headlights and driving lights (made them clearer). :cornut:

I managed to add a little more carbon fiber this afternoon. I just installed a new JCW carbon fiber/Alcantara shift knob with a new Alcantara shift boot. Along with that, I also installed a new JCW carbon fiber/Alcantara E-Brake handle with a new Alcantara boot.

MINI's been in the garage since Sunday, with these cold mornings the summer tires are like rocks! Using the Beast until the Countryman arrives or the Beast dies whichever comes first.

Looking Good Tackelberry! I hope to be able to add the carbon fiber kit and the shift knob and e-brake handle like you did, it will just take time.

It's pretty cold outside so I just up dated my Beltronics GX65 Radar Detector with the latest downloads for Red Light camera's and Speed Traps in the U.S.A. and Canada. I get them every week and use my laptop to plug into it and download the updates. If the U.P.S. driver doesn't get here to late I may try and install the new DDMworks Cold Air Intake when it get's here today.

Installed a new upstream O2 sensor. Has been throwing some P0171 codes lately and smelling crazy rich when cold, have 124k miles on the original ones, and figured it was good PM anyway, even if this wasn't the root cause. Haven't driven it yet, but OMG it cold-starts better than it has in years. Night and day difference. Maybe that's coincidental. But seriously, it's like a new car in that regard.

Polished the boot on the CM (yes only the boot) with Banana Gloss today.

Yesterday I used the new trim dressing from Prima to make the CM's black look much better. I guess I could have used Black Wow, just comparing. :)
