That would be great if you could bring it to dinner tonight. The car seems to be running fine, but the high speed fan runs for about 10 minutes after shutting it off.
Drove to the local dealership to pick up a couple of pieces of trim to replace stuff broken when my windshield got replaced. Sneaky tech did a good job hiding the evidence until I was troubleshooting something else. Gotta watch those guys like a hawk... I didn't. I grilled him up front and he claimed to have done lots of MINIs and to know what he was doing... oh, well. While there, walked the lot and spotted the exact Countryman I would buy, if I were to buy one... doh.... but I really don't want a Prince engine... But I really liked it....
Clicked over 16,000 miles...took delivery on 3/28/12. Made a Saturday appt to have the snow tires mounted/balanced. Otherwise: just motoring!
Attended the Vancouver MINI Cooper club AGM and organized a MINI drive for 6:00am on December 13 2012.
Got to stretch the MINI legs for a change. Went to dinner with other Mid-Ohio folks. On the way there and back once clear of traffic it was able to give it some welly.
Going for the oil change and trans fluid change that I never went to have done the other day. I took a 3 hour nap instead.:lol:
Drove to work. For lunch I ran to the grocery store and back to work. No one on the back roads so I could enjoy this sunny, 45 degree day
That reminds me, I put a nice set of new Coco Mats in Scooter a week or two back. They sure are nice and a side affect is they dampen a bit of chassis noise. Have a great day, it is a wonderful 50 with high clouds in Colorado, looking at 6 inches of snow on Saturday. Mixed emotions on the snow, we need the water, not sure if I want the snow. Don
