Checked it's status on the England Interweb thingy and found out it has moved ahead in it's timeline to 'Scheduled for production' in Oxford. (Please pronounce "Scheduled" without a "c" and with hard "d's".) Must mean they've put it on a clipboard, knocked the rust off of a couple of spanners, poured some tea and and are looking for some parts. Oh Boy, here we go!
Checked the oil in both MINIs. Right where it should be. Maybe doing a couple of oil changes this weekend.
Heck if I was gonna do that I'd just leave it were it's at. If you want I'll save it for your chicken fryin. :drool
:cornut: Wanted a drive in MINI Margi so bad that I went in only slippers and robe. It was great. I was rehearsing my explanation to the police the whole way. But I got home without having to give the speech.:eek6::lol: Jason
The sister called me as I was getting ready for work. She needed to vent. So the ear buds went in, and I continued to get ready, then walked out the door and drove off to work. As I'm going down this long stretch of road (NOT doing the speed limit, but I'll leave it at that  ), my sister stops her complaining and says, "What is that loud noise?" LOL- THAT, would be the beautiful whine of my supercharger. "It's so loud!" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I know
Changed the oil in the BLU MINI. Anyone want some experienced oil for their MINI? According to BMW/MINI it is still good for another 10,000 miles.
Washed the multiple layers of dirt away in preparation for lots of new dirt to waft over from the construction site.
World Rally Gnat! :cornut: Where I work it is a very dusty or muddy environment. Just have to wash the MINI more often. It is demoralizing to have a clean car only for a short time before the darned dust finds it again. :mad2:
