Our Countryman should arrive at Port Elizabeth tonight at midnight! Hoping to have it by next Friday!
I applaud both of you. Me.....I'm too much of a curmudgeon to handle this cold weather. Time to move south with the rest of the "blue hairs".
It is funny, but when it is 40 degrees and the water is cold, I don't seem to notice the dirt. Jim
Our garage is heated... but it's not set up for washing. I can pull the car in after I wash it and do all the drying/detailing. But until that point, I am freezing my butt off outside.
I used the quarter spray wash down the street and drove it into my garage for an air compressor dry down. When it gets really cold, I'll wash it in the garage with the door slightly open and the water running down the drive way making a great ice run!
Just got done cleaning Babs Skooby. I swear she sneaks down to the forest & runs old rally roads. No idea how she can get a car that dirty. :confused5: Now to warsh a BLU MINI.
I need to warsh the Short North construction dirt off mine.... Need to get this done before the donut munch tomorrow morning...
I swear my ex would find ANY mud possible and run my Jeep through it. Anytime he borrowed my Jeep it would come back with some mud on it.... even if we were in the middle of a draught :frown2: I ran some errands at lunch. Parked Ryu away from all the insane shoppers and when I came out a very nice-looking R52 was parked right next to him
Well Kitty Jeeps are supposed to be dirty, it's a Jeep after all. MINI's aren't meant for mud boggin. :frown2: Warshed the BLU MINI. Now I'm tuckered out.
No way.... mud is bad for your vehicle, no matter what it is. I was a rock gal myself I was too OCD about my Jeep, so in the end it wasn't a good match
Took Scooter down for an oil change and adjustment. Koni's are now on full soft, MM, you were right all along. Washed the CM, got gas after my Scooter fun, then I washed Scooter, yesterday. All clean and shiny for our club dinner on Saturday evening. What is a heated garage? Don
Stopped at the pay and spray on my way home tonight. Then into the garage for a little help from Griot's Spray on Wash.
Drove to MINI of Austin and we bought it at lease-end. Gonna enjoy it while I can. The finance manager's eyes just about bugged out when he saw the mileage. He laughed after he heard what I had been doing with it.
Took the wife's Countryman to the MINI5280 Children's Hospital Toy Run, we filled up the huge gift box. A fine group of MINI5280 MINIs came with goodies today, all 18 MINIs. Now getting ready for the MINI5280 Mexican Christmas Fiesta Dinner. Should be a hoot! Don
Drove it 400 miles round trip to pick up front seats for my other car.... So 1000 miles just in the first week of having it
