Passed inspection for another 12 months. Always nervous that the car will pick just that moment to throw a cat code... or that the tech will say "what's this wire for?" or something... One inspection guy a few years ago acted like it was his mission from God to find something wrong with my car. I don't take it there anymore.
I washed Manny last night should of known white / brown salt ick would be all over the roads on the way home . . . Back to the shower little guy :frown5:
:cornut: My heart really does go out to y'all Northern types that have to drive in salt water. It almost makes the '108F in the shade' Summers down here worth it. Jason
House of Blues last night for Ninjazpalooza, monthly meeting today at Rodeo Goat in Fort Worth, and the Mardi Gras parade in Bishop Arts tomorrow! All with MetroplexMINI peeps!!!
Installed a Craven scissor phone mount and a Craven wiper delete kit, Craven = quality stuff :cornut:
Nothing..let it sit and walked around the neighborhood to shop and have dinner. The miles have been piling on too quick as of late, need to tone it down some.
Just drop my Miini on TEins springs. Just drop my Mini on Tein spring and drive way better with a great hard cornering response. Here's some pics.
Did a compression test, replaced spark plugs and wires. Getting a list of things together that have to be done by The Dragon...
I'm thinking I should hit 100K around the first week of April. If I'm back on summer tires by then, I might go for the 100k pic at 100mph.
Installed a new pair of OEM gas lifts for the bonnet. Now it stays open with the driving lights installed like it used to. I guess 6.5 years is pretty good life outta the original set. Also got a "personal" note from the local Fiat stealership, telling me how they can give me GREAT trade-in value for my old 2006 MINI for a NEW 2013 FIAT!!!!! For that, I just might have to go wait out in front of there on the street, and smoke every Fiat that leaves the lot for a test drive. That would be FUN LULZ
