Yeah, the thing is, you don't want to be tempted to hit the wipers until you safely pull off the road.

Picked my MCS up from the service department. Sunroof was not seating properly. It's all better now! Happy to turn in the "Justa" loaner too.

If you had a "justa", instead of an "S", you wouldn't have been in for repairs in the first place.:lol:

Well how bout that, the S is clean and in the driveway, but it's owner went into the service department for knee surgery today and everything went well. I should be back behind the wheel in about a week!

Very glad it went well for you today Jim and I wish you a speedy recovery, but I believe this was covered in this thread http://www.motoringalliance.com/forums/jcw/10291-spirited-paint-removal.html at post #9. :D

I could sit quietly in my broken "S" and still have more fun than driving a "justa".

    Justa kidding, maybe.

Got invited to a track day sampler at Autobahn today.. Trying to drum up interest and get new members.. Some parade lapping, food, a couple of faster lead/follow sessions and a couple rounds of kart racing and drinks/snacks afterwards.
Really fun day. couple pictures here

still waiting to get the GP back from the shop. I'm thinking they didn't listen when I gave them the list of "special" parts they needed instead of general R53 parts. I've been driving the F250 for over a week :cryin:

Have not motored in him for 2 days, and won't be for another 3-4 days. Took him in on Thursday for what I was hoping would just be a bad wheel bearing, but alas it turned out to be a bad axle:( The one they overnighted in is to long/wrong/won't fit right:skep:

So trucking around in Rosie the pick-me-up. But not even going to do that today, as it is still hotter than Hades here, so:beeris my plan:D

This reminds me of the T shirts some would wear that read "I'd rather push my MG that drive a Triumph". Maybe someone could whip up a T shirt in a similar style.

Personally I think MCS drivers have nothing against Justas I know I don't. Seems it is a justaguy who is poking at the sweet, sweet :drool MCS's with a pointy stick. Envy can be an ugly thing. :deadhorse:

After lunch going to go spiff up the CM, the 07 MCS is clean and happy in the garage, might do a little dusting and hydro just for fun. :)
