Just got back from a 2000 mile run to Jersey and a week of visiting family and from..... I don't want to see the Garden State Parkway for quite some time now!! While in Jersey Dr. Phibes was due for first oil service, but they found the leaking oil pump solenoid and replaced it and engine harness.... My thought is I've read reports of this leaking back to 2011 and if they were putting a "revised" part then why didn't my 6 month old C-Man has a leaking part?????? It's done, ran great the whole time but now I gotta get in RDNZL and fix my need for speed
Just finished woarshing the MINI.... ShortNorth construction dust is the pits.... Got tard of letting the rain woarsh the MINI.... Now my MINI is sparkling shiny.... For 12 hours that is....
Left Daphne in the garage & took Stevie Ray Van out in the thunderstorms. Fine time for a hair appointment.
Was down at Schomp MINI for a MITM meeting today, had Scooter out for the day, I25 is not fun right now. My red flash indicator for a brake flush was nagging me, so I asked my favorite SA if she could reset or maybe work me into the day schedule (ha ha), usually appointments are two weeks out. Schomp worked me in, what a great team, brake flush and cabin filter done before my meeting was done. You have to love a great dealership service department. Don
We got 2 hours at it this evening and got the following done. Took a little AMVIV spin to Sandy Valley and the Pioneer Saloon. Nice bit of history to be sure... Opted to hit Pole Position for a little Karting on the way home. Time for beer and food now, to be topped off by more Karting after dinner. How much more "legal" fun can a guy have in Vegas anyway??? :beer
