Very nice indeed. I'm giving you a standing ovation at this moment. Not sure, but itlooks like there is still an open area under there or is it just the lighting? Jim
Stop by with your flashlight Jim and we will take a look... That's the space that allows the front suspension arms to articulate...
It was fun today! Thanks Chuck for having us at the shop. I would have driven the MINI, but that would have made it rain. It will be at Sonic on Wednesday. And yes Dark Helmet is scary fast!
I got it. Don't that have little JCW covers that could open and close to allow the movement? Like the landing gear doors on airplanes? Jim
It has them.....you just can't see them unless you're wearing JCW Owners Glasses. You see Jim, justa glasses justa aren't strong enough to see the technology
Jim JCW glasses are rose colored. That JCW front underpan is a nice piece. Much lighter than my aluminium skid plate. Lots of fun at the shop today Chuck. Thanks for having us over. More pictures here..... 6-01-2013 Garage day at Chuck's shop - crashton's Photos
So while you folks played in the garage today, we played in the SUN with the MINIs, legal and in the center of Denver. ALBUM here. Denver People's Fair with Schomp MINI as the automobile sponsor. They were giving folks photo-finish pictures at the end of the course. Now on to the car show on Sunday, going to be another day of sun.
I think it mounts on the end of an electric leaf blower to reduce the amount of time required to dry Red R53's by 50%.
Well yesterday at 9pm, the wife and I motored for about an hour before arriving to a friends wedding. Then we along with another Mini owner motored back to Columbia, had some lunch then motored home. Took a nap, then drove it to work
Used it to deliver a birthday cake to Mount Vernon and then to chauffeur the birthday boy back home after the party. Took a different route on the way back and ended up on a section of chip sealed road and then a gravel road. Needless to say, we pretended to be on a rally stage and there was a little e-brake action thrown in for good measure.
