That too, huh http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armature_(electrical_engineering) Seems that are many things to many people. Reminds me of the old Saturday Night Live New Shimmer Commercial: SNL New Shimmer Commercial Video | Break.com
Taking advantage of the garage on a nice rainy day to install my new yellow foglight bulbs. Pulled the front wheels to make it easier so checked the front brake pad wear while I was there. Saw before Christmas in a thread about cleaning the windscreen, not just washing it, before applying rain-x so bought rain-x X-treme Clean and used it. The rain-x has been applied and is drying while I performed the other tasks. Changed the oil and filter in the Jeep as well.
Used a wet cloth and wiped road grime from the engine compartment and underside of the bonnet. By the time I was finished with the Hardtop and Countryman, my hands were nearly frozen. Can't wait for Spring!
Put the 07 on the battery tender today, not driving it enough this winter to keep it fully charged. Patience, must wait for Spring..... Don
Nothing, to the MINI. But I finally finished insulating the ceiling of my detached garage/workshop. I also installed a pellet stove in the shop. It was a nice toasty 70 degrees in there today. It's been unusable in the winter, I should be able to get things done now. Dave
Put another 100 miles on her before the snow hits...that's 1600 since the date I got her. (12/26/2013). And it was all smiles...Oh and filled her up.
I wanted that dash and down tube kit but I got the full CF JCW kit before I saw the black leather one. :mad2:
Braved the snow and stupid drivers in order to go to the post office and get the M/A Calendars recently ordered out.
Drove to work in 2nd gear, lol. Little bit of snow and people think they can't drive. OK, well they CAN"T even when it's dry, but so much worse in the snow.
I got ready for tonight's snow storm by turning my car around in the garage and applying (2) more coats of wax. The Mistress looks great and ready to not leave the garage. I love working from home.
Drove the Brown one over to the eye Doc this morning. Crazy stupidness out there. ut: Couldn't believe my eyes. Eye Doc says my eyes are good, you really did see those idiots. Can't wait to hit the road later for another Doc visit. Snow tires FTW!
