Yesterday Gir got a bath, dressed up the black bits along with polished/waxed wheels. He is looking pretty good if I say so myself.

:biggrin5: Went to the cemetery with Lady Margi's dog Bella and watched them set the double wide red granite tombstone with both of our names and info. I put a can of Coca Cola and some Hershey's Kisses on the front lower ledge and red silk flowers in the vase. I'll get a picture when they're done.

Went to Lordco and bought a new belt and sparkplugs. Will do the install this weekend. NGK BRK7EIX. Had a good discussion with the Lordco guy about the difference between the BRK7EIX and the BRK7EIX-11.

On another note, I just checked the MINI Canada configurator. For 2014, you have to pay extra for any color that's not white. $1000 for LED lights. $1000+ for any interior that's not all black or $250 for a colored line. The wheels seemed reasonably priced until you click on one and then it says only available with one of those $1000+ option packages.

-- oh wait...you can get Volcanic Orange for no extra cost.

    I'm in pain....

One coat or two? Have you washed your car yet? I think it's cool how dust and crap just rinses away.

Two coats. The first one didn't look even after about an hour and half so I did a second one. I haven't washed the car I'll do that tomorrow it should be 75. I did get a little on the paint.

walked past mine as I was headed to the Jeep since the state has not sent me my registration for the Mini yet. Paid for the taxes about two weeks ago. Going to the DMV tomorrow to fix that.

Washed the salt off all 3 MINIs today. Two will stay put in the garage and my S will have to brave the onslaught of the storm that's supposed to hit tonight thru Thursday.:( I [who actually likes snow] am sooo sick of it right now, given these last tastes of Spring, and PRAY that this is the last of them for this year! :mad2: Enough IS enough!
