Today I am testing my wax. I parked my car outside and it is raining. It has to get dirty so I can clean it again.
Just back from a little road trip for hot chicken. Got rained on. Car was clean. Unlike Dave.0, I don't look forward to rewashing it again so soon.
Rolled over 88k miles on my '05 R53 today. Drove it back from lifting at my buddy's place then stopped by the local Jeep dealer to get some new bushings for my gf's lifted WK. They had a nice lifted JKU in Amp'd and that color looks awesome in person; much better than the interwebs depicts.
You should have just pulled your car out and washed it regardless of the weather. It would have rained or the birds would have visited.
I went and picked up my very old racing road bike. It was being refurbished. It fits the boot with the rear seat backs folded down and the bike's front wheel taken off. No bike rack required.
I turned over 50K this weekend. And I will celebrate by using my meager bonus from work, first I have ever seen at this company in 11 years, to buy that new vacuum pump I need and some oil for an oil change.
Congratulations on your bonus..! I drove my '70 over to meet my wife and her girlfriend at the neighborhood Starbucks, after their boot camp work out. Better them than me!
Never gonna see that again here! We were all pretty sure they had forgotten about saying it like 3 years ago.
Oh great! You're trying to make it rain. You should have at least driven it around the block to dry it off a bit.
It did rain all Saturday and I left my car outside overnight in the rain. Sunday it was Sunny all day so I washed both cars.
