If you would like another stock knob, I have one somewhere in the garage... $10 and its yours... $13,000 would make me happy though. :D

Started my rear speaker project, had a few barley pops and enjoyed the weather.

I recommend the billy club from Sneed's Speed. I've been very happy with mine.

I have one mounted on my Craven short shifter and am very happy with it.

Just finished replacing the interior and license plate lights with LED units. Replaced the courtesy lights in the door with Mini logo LEDs. Installed Pulsar circuit board in the third brake light circuit. My detailing guy is coming to the house tomorrow to spiff up the Mini and apply her winter coat of wax. Now, if I can get my son to return my Suburban I won't have to drive the Mini in bad weather.

Made an appointment to get a free inspection at the dealer (MINI of Baltimore County) today. Let's see if their list match's mine.

I am tempted to pick this up... I am torn between a stock replacement, JCW, or a billy club.

Used Meguiar's PlastX on the headlights. Light application by hand. Worked very well.

Drove to work listening to an epic long version of Dark Star by the Grateful dead from a concert on 10/24/74. Good tunes can sometimes make for a better day.

Returned from a MINI road trip to Southern IN for some fall color viewing, wine tasting and spirited driving on back country roads. Good time, now have to wash a lot of road grime off Bertie.

This morning I took my Mini grocery shopping. Every time I do this and am loading up a week's worth of groceries for a family of 4 (plus 2 dogs), when people drive by I swear that they slow down and stare as if to see how it's all going to play out.

Well, it FITS, people. Haven't they seen how much gold they were able to fit in The Italian Job? Stop yer gawking. :p

As an aside, I just noticed I have glitter up my nose. This is what happens when you have two little girls...

Replaced the B-1 pillar trim piece on my Clubman.

As a bonus, I got to check out how well my recently prescribed Plavix works (bled a bit when the old piece, and the scraper blade I was using, broke during removal).
