Added 'between 6K' oil to my MINI for the first time today. About a quart low, and about 1K away from my on-schedule (6K) oil change. 57K on the MINI.

Must be time to start shopping for a Fiesta ST (;), kinda).

Oil is cheaper than Fiesta ST's, but Fiesta ST's are more fun than oil.

Oh My God it's raining in California run for the hills ,,,,oh wait mudslides....turn around run to Mexico.

I took my MINI out today to run to the food store to pick up fresh rolls. I also picked up soda (pop) for our party tonight for our non "drinking" friends.

I went to the store and got birdfeed - and have finally succeeded in thwarting the squirrels who used to empty it out in 15 min!

Bought some H-sport control arms, Powerflex control arm bushings, new OEM ball joints (All 4), cravenspeed short throw and well cover.

Packed my race built cylinder head so Way can refresh it.
Packed my Supersprint header to send off to Swaintech for ceramic coating.

Stared at all the parts sitting in my office waiting to be installed (dreaming about driving it through the canyon this summer).

Time to get dirty! About to rack her and pull the oil pan for custom baffling.

Hopefully have this thing done and at the Dragon this year!

Sweet! I am leaving Colorado the Friday before the Dragon starts, and most of the other Colorado people are leaving later in the week. We are planing a MINI convoy on the way back again though. :)

Today I cleaned up the appearance of the back of the Porker a bit more...

Rear wiper delete, and actually hiding the "hidden" third brake light...

Went for a nice sunroof open ride on the local back roads and explored some abandoned places. The weather was just about perfect here today.

Stock runrocks... I have lived in Colorado my entire life, except the 3 years I was stationed at Ft. Campbell (Tennessee/Kentucky) and my second year long tour in Iraq... Needless to say snow tires aren't a requirement for me. :D

The AWD in the R60, is nice though, it handles the crud better than the Jeep did with the 35"s!

Dang you guys got a lot more snow up in Denver then we did down here in the springs! looks like you're up in the mountains though having some fun ehh?

Bought more parts for the Mini today!

Picked up a Mishimoto oil cooler with thermostat, mated up to stainless lines, Madness oil plate adapter,ARP head studs.

Still have no idea what tuning I want to put on the car.

Mini still tucked inside the warehouse tore apart away from the snow and WIND here in Colorado!...No Oil pan or subframe anymore
