I hear ya. It's easy to live in the city though. Walk to a lot of stuff, Uber if going a little more away. Hop into a nice warm car 2-3 min after requesting one. MINI stays out of the daily melee out there. I think I found my 2nd car. I might even get a Car2Go account.
Took a nice drive in the sun to BBQ joint we hadn't tried before and were rewarded with not only a good MINI road trip but with some mighty fine Q too! :drool
Helped a friend transport his old dishwasher to the recyclers and pick up a new one from the appliance store.
I thought, heck it's a sunny day today so I drove the damn thing (my Classic) around the block. Only that far because I realized I was on fumes...
You are like my wife, Babs the queen of driving on empty. In fact I'm going out now to see if I have to add gas.
Drove down to the auto craft center, on post, and rotated the tires. The hosed off the excess saltiness at the wash bay on the way home. After grabbing some Fast Eddie's pit beef for lunch, of course.
Well maybe... But probably not really, everything is usually pretty well topped off. My fuel for it comes in cans with a 110 on the label and I didn't pay attention to the remaining can being vacant of the necessary fluids for consumption. Nevertheless, I drove the R53 for pizza today, at halftime!
mounted the ski racks to take my homestay student and a couple of his buddies to the ski slopes...actually, I just took them to the pick-up location where they can take the bus.

Finally got the black one out for a 40 mile run on some pre-mapped dry roads. Back in the garage for another week or so.
Went and gave Colorado $770.00 for plates on the Porkchop. It was a nice frozen 300 mile round trip drive... 17 Degrees ice, snow, freezing fog... Dont know why everybody else on the road was going so slow, but it was a fun drive. Also stopped in Colorado Springs on the way back. Met with Sleek???? got the tour of his shop, shot the bull for a while and dropped off Isobell's stock header so he can get a proper baseline dyno on his project car.
Here Nathan this one should cover the entire car and it's on sale from an M\A Vendor. This way you can share in the F56 love fest. :rolleyes5: http://www.motoringalliance.com/forums/3rd-generation-parts-sale/23733-f56-car-cover.html#axzz3OphzMk4M
