    Went for my daily drive.
Washed it for the first time in about 8 months.

So how does that impact the MOTD guessing game? Lol

He's not the only one inflating the numbers. But it's kind of a wash for those folks who don't actually register.

Funny, I lost last year by going over ever so slightly. The person who beat me guessed lower...and didn't register himself. Still had a ball at MOTD.

You need a co-pilot to help out with that!

Took the 07 MCSa over to the range before the snow hits. Nice short drive, good time on the range with the new 357 and of course some quality time with my 9mm. :)

    Relaxed, might be nap time.

    :)

Yesterday changed my oil and air filter.

Today took her to MAG for a walnut blasting. Got sparks too.

Wow did that make a difference. My last one was about 50,000 miles ago, give or take, so I was overdue.

Forgot to clean and re-lube my Tyrol brake caliper bushings/pins when I changed to Summer tires
last weekend, as I usually do twice a year with seasonal wheel changes, so did that today.
One of the pins was very hard to get out and it appears the end (where the allen wrench goes in)
got flared out about .005", so it was hard to get the pin out of the bushing after unscrewing it from
the caliper threads - maybe I tightened it too much the last time. Luckily I have a set that
I intended for the rear but never installed, so I popped off the caliper, got the pin out (with a bit
of difficulty), and swapped in a new bushing and lubed pin, put the caliper back on, and checked out
that all is working properly now - all good now!

Getting one of the tie rod boots replaced and then an alignment. Might even swap over to the summers this weekend.

Found out the days I had scheduled for pre MOTD are also the days my normal tech will in training. Took pastries to the shop today as a bribe to get on a different schedule.

    It worked...

Took the Porker out in our excuse of a snow storm last night to hang out with the Wyoming club (MINI-COW) and had a heck of a good time, it feels good to be out with actual people again! :D

Drove it to dinner last night and decided I've finally had enough of the annoying rattle in the passenger rear... I'm guessing I need to replace the upper shock mount bushings. I hope that's it. I'm sick of the clatter!

Drove about 2 hours trying to get all the self-tests to run so it's ready for state emissions check. But no dice. Car is occasionally throwing a knock code. So I need to get that sorted.
