I'm fix'n to open the sunroof, take a nice drive around and end up at a burrito shack I'm fond of for lunch. I have to decide, carnitas or fish?

I drove it to and from work (19 miles round trip), which I do almost every weekday.

Yes, but there are a bunch of hills and curvies along the way, and very few
    stop signs or traffic lights.

Filled the MINI with 92 octane ethanol free gas.
I also dumped a half a bottle of Techron in it to insure sufficient detergent content.

Took the 07 out before the rains, banking and meet the wife and puppy for a trail walk, went to rec. to sign up for a class or two.

Went to the banks to do what you do at banks. Taking the 07 out for a jaunt over to the range, today feels like a 200 round 22LR therapy day!

Unfortunately, it will probably be raining on the way back from the range. :(

Hope you had a clean getaway Don... Agreed that the range is probably the last place they would look after borrowing a few bucks. :p

Installed my passenger side Recaro with the newly remade Wedge bracket. For those of you that saw the seats at Fontana, heard my complaints and saw the gaps for yourselves. Well, the fine folks at Wedge did right and rebuilt the brackets to my adjusted specs. The fitment is much nicer. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll be able to get the driver's seat reinstalled.

For now, here is the comparison: new vs. old.

Yeah, a lot of these third party "perfect fit" brackets, don't.
I had to do some modifications to my Corbeau brackets to shift the seats toward the tunnel, just like you. They fit the car fine, and fit the seats fine... but didn't center the seat in the available space.

I can't stand when a seat isn't centered to the wheel. I feel like I'm driving crooked. Did they correct the mistake gratis?

Then you'd hate my car. Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to center the seat to the wheel. Even with the OEM seats.

I'd be surprised if yours is centered.
