Eeekk... 2.3! Be thankful that you have low altitude on your side... Up here they cant even get out of their own way, still better than the 3.0V6 though.

Got a package of cheap "Cutequeen" LEDs from Amazon - all interior lights now brighter and white. The map lights in the headliner will need a slightly smaller T10, though, as the stick out. Otherwise, great mod for less than $15.

I kind of did the same when I was a kid and had a morning paper route. Woke up saw that it was 6 o'clock partly light, thinking I was running late I grabbed my bag ran down the stairs through the living room. My dad was in his chair watching TV with a puzzled look on his face trying to figure out what I was doing. I was trying to figure out why he was watching TV at 6 in the morning. As I ran by him I looked at the TV and saw the ticking stop watch for "60 Minutes" and felt like a goober. :frown2:

Oh yea, I cleaned under the bonnet, ran the Green Machine over the seats and vacuumed the floor boards.

Yeah, it's not a terribly quick truck.

    Perfect for around town, though.

Same as the SVO Mustang... The new 2.3T (same as the Mazdaspeed 2.3 found in the MS3 and MS6) are remarkably similar too.

I have even seen 4.6L Terminator Cobra swaps in Rangers. :D

Changed the oil in the engine and the gear box. I must say, I do love having access to the Auto Craft Center on post where I work. They even had a nifty nifty pump to make refilling the transmission a 5 minute job.

^^^ The Base Auto Hobby Shop was a life saver for me on many occasions. They always had the tools I needed and often some much needed and appreciated advice.

Dropped the oil pan to fish out the pieces of the chain guides that had broken off. While in there I installed a RMW oil pickup, it has a baffled cage around the pickup to prevent oil starvation. A nice simple design. Also installed the PRW fluid damper I picked up from Jan at the dragon.

Installed my DW fuel pump from Geeene Performance.
Vacuumed out 5 pounds of SC sand from last weekend.
Unpacked the track trailer and organized the garage a bit.

Yup it's great fluid and 1000 times better then Redline crap or Royal Pimple purple water trans fluid.

It's perfect for OEM LSD & and is the recommended fluid for OS Giken LSD and that is exactly what OS GIKEN uses is OSG race cars.

Two 1L bottles will do it and leave you with about 1/4 of one bottle when done.
