Installed new Energy Suspension 22mm Poly swaybar bushings. My rear suspension is quiet again. Whoever on these MINI forums have the greasable bushings on, I have no idea how you got them to fit in your car. The grease valves and the height of the bushings simply did not find any room to clear. The non-greasable bushings are also less thick so the overall height of the bushing are almost a full inch lower.
Took the Porker to pick up supplies for all the paintwork I have backed up... Almost $300 in not much materials. I'll make that back plus some, then the work I'm doing to Porkey becomes FREE, and thats my kinda price!
I love it when a guy uses his car as a pickup truck. Particularly intriguing to see the Hazmat cargo in there!
Not today, but yesterday decided it was such a fine day that we just had to wander around the beautiful Ohio back roads. More pics here >>> 7-11-2015 Helmic covered bridge - crashton
Ahhhh yes.....Tom's..... Wonderful ice cream and salted cashews Enjoyed your pic's as always.... I got to back mine out of the garage so I could get to the tractor to mow the yard... With all the rain, I needed to harvest or else it would be getting out of control... You two had mucher moar fun than me....
I commented to Babs that I'd never seen so much mowing as I did yesterday. She said they were making hay while the sun shined. We are happy a crew shows up every Wednesday & does yard patrol for us, rain or shine. I'll send them your way. That being said is your tractor bespoke?
I put the parts I painted yesterday back on the Porker, then went for a rather interesting drive with MINI-COW. (More pic's and info in the Porker's thread where it belongs. )
