Your lazy. After all that hard work of going to the grocery store I believe you deserve a Dry Martini!
Took the Porker out for some quick pic's to show the new work... Not much paint left to do. (Lots more pics in the Porker's thread)
I love the color of your car! Even though it's still brand new, its appearance really shows how hard you've worked and much you care about it.
Due to water restrictions, we're not allowed to water our lawns. However, we are allowed to wash our cars. So I parked the MINI on the lawn and washed my car.
Went to the eye Dr. for annual check. Just starting to contract back from wall-to-wall pupils and becoming able to properly focus.
I wish I had though of that when I was stationed in CA. The neighbors already thought I was OCD, washing grass... I mean my car everyday would have confirmed it  I finally cleaned out the last few traces of MTNC. Gave it a good bath and a wipe down.
Fairly new, when I got new alloys I got the garage to swap the tyres from the stock alloys to the new ones and then put the new alloys on the car, guessing something wasn't quite right with the tyre or they hadn't sealed it properly. To be fair they pretty much bodged it from the get go, said it'd be done in an hour and they didn't touch it, went back an hour later they'd swapped the alloys and not the tyres and went back after work and they'd done 3 of the tyres and left one that was on the new alloys when I bought it...
From the pic it looks like the age code on the DOT number is either worn off or more likely on the other side of the tire.
Is that runflat tire ? That's what happened to one runflat tire that came with my car. The sidewalls held up but the tread surface separated. If it's not a runflat tire, then I don't know what to say.
Hooning I was hooning around Mohican state park a few days ago with a friend of mine. He knows some really great roads up there. Lots of s curves and lots of fun to be had. I love my new Monte Carlo 40 year anniversary. The John Cooper Works package doesn't hurt either.
To me, that tire looks like something was rubbing on the inside of it - suspension part or something.
Yeah... The wheel bead flange looks like something was rubbing on it... all of the brake coating has be removed from the tip of the flange...
