I picket up an oil filter and some oil yesterday so I could do a oil change today. So of course I changed the headliner.
Put the rear seat back in the MINI so I could shuttle the niece and nephew to school tomorrow morning.
Moved it from out front on street parking to the out back break into me parking to accommodate the city's need to run new power lines on new poles we don't really need. Moved it back out front where it's only subject to parkor and hit 'n run drunks. Its safer there. No sarcasm, for the most part I do enjoy living in such an urban environment.
I did a ride height adjustment and an alignment on Buzz in preparation for our upcoming Classic Mini Fun Run.
La Mosa has been at Helix for the past couple of weeks getting the rocker panels, wheel arches, and rear black bumper under piece color coded dark silver, as well as new front bumper. Isaiah also installed brake ducts yesterday for my RMW front big brake kit. Ordered new tires today to replace the new ones that I basically used up at this year's dragon. Visited the car there today and got to see the entire gang, including Eric, Mike, and Ryan, as well as Jan who is in town tuning, and Mendra, Katherine, Savvy, and Dave! Plans are to keep the car inside over the winter, then Helix will hopefully install Jan's new TVS in the spring before the Dragon.
It was good seeing you, Bill. Happy house hunting tomorrow! And for the record... it's Kathleen. Although, neither of us have ever really met "Kathleen." "Kathy" is a trip who makes bithin' rumcake and cherry pie and monkey bread and...........
And here, stupid me thought that I had the rogue group of Steph and Steph and Kath and Kath all figured out... I thought that Kathleen had the dog and convertible and Katherine had the hard top... Thank God that you, Marzo, Dave, Mendra and Stan are relatively easy to differentiate...
We swapped out for winter tires on Rogue and Elson today. It's a lot easier than I thought, doing it yourself!
Nope. They are both Kathleens. Kath has the devil dog. Kathy could probably make Devil dogs... if you asked nice enough.
Finally got mine back form the dealer after three weeks. Spend some time cleaning it up and putting a little wax on.
