So yesterday I washed a dirty MINI. This morning it looks like a powered sugar donut. My fault it snowed, clean MINI syndrome at work. Sorry about the snow local folks.
Gotta strip and repaint it first. Which was going to be my project to start today. But, too nice to work on the car.
You'll need them this week, especially in the mornings before the salt crews come out. I'm sure glad I got the snows on my car Friday...wife's car has them inside the car as it sits, snow-covered and iced in on the driveway. She always waits til the last minute and this time, Old Man Winter bit her.
You were lucky that there wasn't more snow, M.A.D. probably would have made you shovel the drive way before we moved her car out of it's dry spot in the garage!
Put the DWS Continental's on yesterday. They are okay for the little winter weather that I actually drive it, but I still don't like the soft sidewall feel that they have.
Took down Chrstmas lights since it was 62 degrees today. While the car was out of the garage it rained like a Spring thunderstorm. WTF it's Jan 10th? Anyhow after the lights were down and it stopped raining I washed the MINI and put it back in the garage. Tomorrow it's going to 30 degrees.....
