Well, it's what I couldn't do to my MINI today. The Queen City Coopers (a great local club) put on it's Luau today. Then the rains came, then the power outage came, and I couldn't get out of my garage. Bummer...

That's actually black, and it's an SS. His MINI was in the shop but he didn't want to miss the event so he drove that. It's quite a bit quicker than his Cooper S.

I drove it. And, I finally figured out how to make the brackets to mount my gauges. And, I figured out what I'm going to try for any exhaust, since my plans to do a RMW header are on hold. And, to all a goodnight...

False. This ain't the Ewing house/driveway.

I got home from the shore early yesterday afternoon. After cutting the grass quick, decided to put a second coat of sealer on. Came up 4ft short of the front sidewalk.

So, I'm taking some comp time today and already ran out to grab the last bucket needed to finish the job. Should be done in a couple of hours once it warms up a bit.

You must have a long drive for that many buckets. My 2 MINI long drive is done with 1 bucket and some left over.

I had a 150ft drive once. Not fun to do.

We had a work-on-the-car day Saturday. Did 2 oil changes. There was suppose to brake job but he forgot the rotors. Missed Nathan coming by to have his car's tires rotated.

It's always more enjoyable to work on cars with friends.

My driveway is about 200 ft. long. It's gravel so no need to seal it.

Dremel'd the hard buttons off this hobo eBay fob & replaced w/ these..... surgically removed from an old Uniden cordless phone. Soft touch now. This 1 should last longer than my previous which crumbled.:)

Yesterday I took the BMW down to Fremont County to get the license plates... 4th Car these plates have been transferred to already!

Did my normal run to the family cabin, then up Skyline Drive for some pictures. I should really start a garage/picture thread for this car... I just love taking pictures of it!

This was the best of the day.

I did nothing with the MINI today. Actually drove my VW to work and back.

Don't let the lack of traffic throw you. There is plenty on my stretch of I-95... but they move at a +10mph pace. I was just happy the old girl maintained 65mph without issue.

I am glad you still have it. That car needs to stay with a good owner!

Drove it to COSTCO. Passed a dirt construction site on the way home, and got sand-blasted by a dust-devil. I guess I have anther reason to polish the MINI.
