You have to grow old, but you do not have to grow up. Be happy remain a smart arse. It works for me. :)

Sorry Scott, maybe you need a smaller car that is easier to park. ;)

Are you headed to the Indy car race in Portland? :Stig:

;) I blame the sun in my eyes.......

Indy race is a no. PIR is not very spectator friendly for the big races. And the support races are a little disappointing. Will just watch the TV coverage on Sunday.....

About ten years ago, I attended the East Texas Police Academy driving school for three days, to gather information for a magazine article. The instructors told me that ANY cop worth his paycheck can guess your speed, without radar. All they have to do is claim a speed that sounds reasonable, and people generally accept it.

Used my Schwaben/Foxwell scan tool to do a full scan on all the non-OBDII codes (sunroof, rain sensor, and a few others came up) and cleared them.
Most were related to old problems that had been fixed in the past.
None have come back except two rain sensor related ones, E735 no message RLS wiper speed, and A129 JBE no adaptation to window glass (RLS),
which come back right after clearing them.
After a lot of futzing including checking the fuse (ok) and re-seating the connector and cover to the sensor properly, the codes are staying off and the
rain sensor/wiper function now works (no wonder I couldn't figure out how to make it work correctly before).

I went to a local car show today. About 150 cars. All hot rods, customs, muscle cars, etc. Top 50 got trophies. Peppurr came in at 14. I had a ball. Now to get back to all the 'stuff' I didn't get to this week....

Touched up four 1/8” chips on the hood
and a small area on the front bumper
that cracked and flaked off after a minor impact.
Also some touch up of a scrape on my
    wife’s 2001 VW Cabrio.

Speaking of car shows, I've been asked to attend and have thought about entering a few local car shows. What special do I need to do to my car to show it? Do I need to clean the inner side of my wheels and the engine and stuff?

Nothing special, just make sure it’s really clean.
