Short shifter installed. Before: After: Honestly don't notice that much of a difference compared to other short shifters I've done in the past on other cars. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
I said good goodbye to my R53 today. I will truly miss that car. The good news is it is going to a very good home. It followed @Skidmarks home.
Didn’t get the driveway rearranged and the ‘new’ mini in the garage before this shit started. It might wash the half million dead bugs off.
Picked up some wheels, truely a barn find. BBS RC325, 17x7 ET43 17.4lbs each. Test fit: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
Changed the oil at home yesterday. I definitely need to upgrade my oil extractor thingy. At the stealership today to have my coolant and brake fluid flushed. Got them down to about $100 for each service, so that's a slight win for the day
Got the part - disappointing and will go back. Mounts to the front half of the subframe where it will do very little good, and the hardware for the back two holes don’t fit into the subframe without some drilling and probably some welding.
Got home yesterday day. The Helmet is filthy! I guess I am going to see how the coating will hold up after a week in the hot Memphis sun and airport grime. I hope to get to wash it today.
Gassed up my S today with Shell Premium for $3.149/gallon before the prices are said to soar due to the storms down South.
Installed Cabrio strut braces on my hardtop. Will see of it does anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
Thanks to my own photo I realized I forgot to pop the driver side fender liner back out. FYI if you push it down like I did it gives you enough clearance to tighten the bottom bolt using an extension. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
When I got home from work yesterday, I gave my car a quickie wash to get the dirt off, particularly the rear end, of my car. This morning, it is windy and thunderstorm raining in the Vancouver BC area. Good thing it wasn't a thorough wash.
