Had to make a run down to the Naval Base for some prescriptions. There was a huge traffic jam on the interstate coming home so boo hoo, I had to travel 35 miles on a windy country road to get home. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nice Mini! So what is the first Mod going to be? You know you will mod it right? Some say they won’t but they always do. Here’s a couple good places. The owners are good people. https://www.outmotoring.com/ https://www.detroittuned.com/ enjoy! your local Mod pusher
Spent the morning cleaning up my MINI for a club event this evening that will be after dark and possibly in the rain. Why do I do things like that? Event pictures tomorrow..
One of our local dealerships, MINI of Glencoe hosted a showing of the new(er) Italian Job. It was originally intended to be an outdoor drive-in style event, but it was much too windy, so the event got moved indoors to the showroom. The dealership went all out with food, drinks, some really nice raffle prizes, fancy travel mug give-aways. A really nice evening. My clean car stayed clean.. here is a link to more event photos from the night https://www.flickr.com/photos/ernestovumbles/albums/72177720303451331
It's been several years, so I figured it was time for a new engine air filter for my 2012 Clubman.. It was a bit dirty, but not really very much so, but found a bit of a surprise under the filter.
Squirrels. I checked the oil in my pickup truck recently, it had been sitting for a few months. The space between the cylinder banks was full of what you found under your air cleaner. I vacuumed about five gallons of those seeds out of there. They could have started a fire as they were right under the turbocharger.
