Good Point. You could also pop the bulb out first then pull from the lense hole, get a little bow going, while at the same time push the rear part of the scuttle towards the front of the car. The rear tab should release and then you can pop the front stud out. Those S scuttles are stiff so you need to watch those tabs, they will snap off if you are not careful.

You could also Joey Mod the lights and leave the scuttles silver to match the stripes and rims.

Has anyone dipped their stock R50 chrome grill? I'm considering it.

I do like the Joey Mod look on blue, just need to pick up some more balls. I'm not sure about the hood scoop being black since I have the stripes so close to it. Blacking that out might be overkill. When I do have enough money I will have a set of matte black wheels but until then I'll leave some bling on the body.

Agreed, I know if I had a dark color I'd be spending lots of $$$$ on the chrome bits.... I do like chrome on the right car, against the right color...
