My First hour in my first Mini

I had the volume cranked and the top down to The Magnificent Seven. It was so loud young people were rolling up their windows. Funny...I used to make old people roll up their windows, now that I am old, I guess it was just me all along.

I used to work with an older German gentleman, named Lothar. Lothar had a DeLorean with a real kick-ass sound system. One day he was pulling into the parking lot with his tunes really cranked up. There was a heavy bass note coming through the bodywork. We all were surprised that Lothar would be listening to Rap music.

As he opened the gull wing door of his Delorean we could hear, not rap, but Polka music!

Wasn't really music I listened to but I heard...

Pebbles and small rocks from local construction project in the wheel wells.

    Timing Chain rattle...

Neither is music to my ears, it's more the underlying sound track to my own personal horror flick.

The music today was the sweet sound of a rattle free timing chain.

    Then some NRBQ.
