To me my car is priceless. Sure there are other cars that catch my eye and if something catastrophic would happen to it I might look around.
But my MINI is with me for the long run.

This car ain't goin nowhere...except the Dragon
I just wanted to see how ridiculous the offer was. Profit is not a bad word, but, greed is.

I got the same offer from my MINI dealership as well. I just got my car in sept, it had 50k on it and i walked out the door with the keys after tax title and tag for 17,9. The MINI dealership offered me 14,5. bastards. Nothing like throwing depreciation in my face..lol!

Don't fall for the dealer's bait! He will fleece you and then resell the car for $12-$14k or more, due to its low mileage.

Just remember....
Keep you MINI long enough and in great condition and you will eventually sell it for more than you paid for it...
If you live long enough... Maybe...
This is a truism.... -

It's a 10 year old car, not a 14 year old car. The "new" MINI came out in 2002, anyway, and even then, it would still only be a 13 year old car.
