    Childhood? When I was a child I wanted my Dad's old '56 T-Bird. In high school I fell in love with the late-70s Porsche 930 Turbo Carrera.

    I remember wondering why our family car wouldnt just jump over stuff..I would ask my mom why we didnt just jump over things all the time like on tv.
    I also remember getting in trouble for trying to slide over the hood like Bo and Luke Duke

    I use to ask me mom to jump stuff like the General Lee...She would just say no.

    Cars, rods, speed - COOL

    My all time favorite was the 1934 Ford 3 window coupe "Sleeper"; looks like a restored original, except for a few subtle exterior hints; but, the one I lusted after had a big Buick V-8 and an exhaust rumble that let you know something was up!:yikes:
