I took mine on a flight once, it clocked the aircraft @ 484mph.

On the ground the highest I have had it read was 127mph.

 

114 on state road. Not on the track

 

137 - VIR

 

For a while ours was 300+ mph, I turned it on during a flight somewhere:lol:

144 in my '10 MCS hardtop when my center speedo was reading about 151. Now that my '11 MCS hardtop is broken in, I will wait for the right time and do it again.

 

Ha! 575 mph!

I kept it on there too, and when people ask me how fast it will go I show them!

 

I know you wouldn't believe it if you haven't seen it. 2008 MCS 6spd. Stock except for a K&N drop-in filter. This was done on a 3 - 5 mile stretch of road. I think I could have gone faster if I had more road.........

 

How did you get a decent picture? I tried for about 15 min and the darn flash kept screwing it up no matter the angle or distance.

 

I actually took this picture with my Nexus One phone camera. You definitely want to turn your flash off.

 

Well I'll be...the iPhone worked a heck of a lot better than the DSLR in this case.

Thats a heck of an avg speed too. It does include Dallas - Indy - Winter Park - Dallas though.

I live in Florida.:incazzato: It is the opposite of the Tail of the Dragon. We have 11 turns in 318 miles .

 

North Texas is not much better, some of the best turns are freeway ramps.

 

I am planning a trip to Deals Gap at the beginning of spring. :cornut: Hopefully I will have my suspension mods done by then.......
