Got the rubber mounted on the new 18"s today:

Getting them home was fun - it never fails to amaze me how much you can cram into a Mini...

Whatta ya think - too extreme? Hoopti-riffic!!!

Gonna try to get time at lunch to mount them (to the new MINI, don't worry... :) ).

I like those simple open spoke designs, makes the car look nice and light.

    Mounted.

Aaron's hubcentric rings mated up perfectly...

    Now for a drive!

No fouling, even at full wheel lock... Thanks to Mark (CHKMINI) for confirming the right tire size - the lower-profile rubber seems to have done the trick!

Now I have to order new MINI logo center cap stickers and I'm done (for now)...

I agree! Nice looking wheels Matt. Are you keeping the stockers for winter driving?

I'll keep ONE of my sets... not sure which. Amy's getting my web-spokes and I'll keep either the 17" S-lites or my 16" X-lites, not sure which...

Personally I would keep the 16's if you're going to mount snows or all seasons.

With the weather we have been having I think I would tie my house to the S-Lights to make sure it does not blow away :)
