    I am not sure but you can take the center cap to a autozone type parts store and pict a few cas that are very close. Take them home and do a spray out on something and compare
    which looks / matches best.

    Even the exact color will not match the OEM because of the paint has faded over time and cleaning.

    Sherwin Williams automotive paint division can match the color and they have a fill machine that can provide aerosol in rattle cans for you...

    If you can find a Worth truck or dealer they have the paint in spray cans. Wurth sells parts to automotive shops. If you deal with a independent shop they might be able to help you. As a side not they have the best hose clamps.
