Maybe they can show you the 300 ft pound torque gun they used to put your wheels back on last time.

How the heck can a user abuse a wheel bearing? Running spacers or wide offset rims?

As far as you over tightened lugs go, make sure that you mention it. The tech needs to be told. If you'd have had a flat on the road you'd a been screwed.

I don't know, I bought it stock and as far as I know the previous owner did nothing but drive it normally for about 33K miles. The car as a whole shows no signs of modification or abuse. I will most certainly mention that the bolt was WAY over torqued, we only estimated it at 300 lbs because my 240lb ass was standing on the lug wrench and it wouldn't budge, thankfully we got it off without hurting anything on the car and only breaking easily replaceable tools.

Previous to my lovely MCS, my dealing with MAG were pleasant and easy going. My last two visits have been less than so. Granted I was working with the Audi dealership, but still I expect the same great service no matter what brand that I buy from them that they support

Interesting, our experience with MAG's Audi service was pretty dreadful. We owned 2 of them & suffered through every service visit. Go figure?

I wrote an email to MAG and got quite the rapid response from the service manager. Unfortunately I missed the call and had to leave a voice mail. Hopefully be will call me back tomorrow. He seemed very apologetic and wants to see what he can do to help remedy the issue. So far it seems very positive and I may be able to get a happy resolution.

Sam has been promoted to the main campus although he may still be introducing the new guy. I met him last week and I feel that he is going to be a good one. He's very interested in what we are doing and has a great attitude. I was impressed!

Actually it was Michael Deemer. Said he was the new Service Director. Hopefully I'll hear back from him today

Ok, I finally heard back from MAG. I will be dropping my car of on Tuesday morning at 7:30 and getting a loaner while they figure out the problem. Hopefully it doesn't take too long. But on the bright side, I am on vacation all next week so Ill be able to go get it pretty much at the drop of a hat.
