I agree. There's also a lesser problem with clearance under the wheel wells, particularly in the front. I also preferred the ride and handling of my first Classic saloon with 10s vs. 12s. My buddy has a panel with 10s on it and the car looks awesome. Here's a shot of two panels, belonging to a couple of friends, taken at a car show in Arroyo Grande this past summer.
Here's an interesting comparison.....10's, 12's and 13's...... This photo makes my car look like a Countryman next to an R50!
Personally I like the tens. Great pic by the way. I hope to get a classic someday; it'll be tens for me. The stance on car number one looks perfect.
