You also get 26 weeks of job protection per 12 months of rolling calendar. That 26 weeks doesn't have to be consecutive. That's NOT how you are supposed to start the new year ya know. I scheduled my heart attack to be a day after getting home from MOTD to avoid these types of scheduling snafu's.
