Next time you are in the market for a new vehicle, investigate the type of tail lights used on the model... These are the special CAN connected animated lights that manufacturers think we gotta have, to stand out from the crowd... These kind of things... When the CAN lights go bad... Or buy the 10 year vehicle insurance contract... Or start setting money aside... Is this something the customer really asked for on the new vehicles? What was so wrong with these?
Yep those fancy lights are going to be very painful when it comes to replacement time $$$$. Those same goes for all the touch screen carp on the interior.
After watching a video about all the ways cars track you, including listing and taking pictures if it an EV, I have bought my last new car. I was shocked at the amount of data that is uploaded to the manufacture then sold to marketers.
Car thieves can now take possession of vehicles by tapping into the cars computer that has CAN based turn signals... Need one of these guys...
I remember the coolest tail lights I ever saw when I was younger were the Mercury Cougars. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I remember being a young lad and the stylish ‘65 Thunderbirds having the first sequential tail lights I ever saw.
