    Our local club's forums have a few thread pirates who have made a game out of seeing how quickly a thread can be completely changed to another subject. It is as annoying as it is amusing. Some threads that have no bearing on anything have lasted for years...

    Old Thrifty Pistachio ice cream used to be the fave. Now it is Hagen Dazs Coffee when I indulge. And that is rare. Once every couple of years or so.

    It is a PITA when that happens, as good information gets lost and is hard to find on a search. On the other hand, sometimes threads switch on their own without the poster really intending for it to happen. On another forum one thread changed so many times that nobody could remember what the original topic actually was. :lol:

    Even tho Florence, Italy is supposed to have the best ice cream in the world, I thought the stuff I got in Holland was much better. You haven't had smooth till you've had Dutch ice cream!
