    Up until 15 years ago, not many people drove cars in Russia. In the U.S. We grew up watching our parents drive. We understood road etiquette way before we learned how to drive. Russians have none of that, so they are crappy drivers. Give them a couple more generations, they'll get better.

    I was really waiting to see someone crash or get hit by a car like all the other Russian Dashcam videos.

    This stuff is unreal. Perhaps it is the ice that causes all of these silly accidents. I am not sure how after some of these incidents how the people are able to get up. Perhaps alcohol is involved.
