    Good to know the wipers still work but the tiller seems to be non functional

    Up until 15 years ago, not many people drove cars in Russia. In the U.S. We grew up watching our parents drive. We understood road etiquette way before we learned how to drive. Russians have none of that, so they are crappy drivers. Give them a couple more generations, they'll get better.
