He was nice twice this year--and it's documented. And he can't even get banned on NAM anymore. Age is catching up to him, he's definitely slipping. Rumor has it his "Motor On" tape at the Dragon is being replaced by a special Alta/M7 "How may I be of service" tape this year, and the beer is being replaced by diet Sprite with a tablespoon of Miralax.
Well, I tried very nicely to make someone over there aware of the ECU issues with aftermarket coils a little while ago. That site and the people on it are impossible to reason with. Everything is viewed as an attack. I'm done over there......again.
It appears to be alive still, nice attempt, I think they are ignoring the trolls. Dick and friends got reported in the MINI5280 area, but that activity got deflected since it is the club area. I passed the report on to the 5280 club prez, I think he handled it well considering the source. Bottom line, it is all about the new user and the almighty advertising $$$. Sad!
I feel the same. A year or more now ago, I pointed out the less than stellar workmanship on some aftermarket fiberglass bling. Sheesh, you'd a thought I had just jumped the fence at 1600 Penn.!
