So far so good. I've been able to connect rather well at the lodge, rec center and grill. There is also a hot spot down at the gas station but I've yet to try that one. However, as the crowd increases I expect the connection to become highly taxed reducing speed and accessibility. A speed test shows it not fast 1.50mb down .20mb up
Depend on your carrier. AT&T is non existant here at the lodge. I had to go to the dam to make a call. I understand there is some coverage on the grounds for Verizon users.
It was my understanding that verizon only has service because they have network extenders set up using their wifi signal and not true verizon service.
Glad I'm able to bring my work Blackberry (Verizon) because my personal mobile (AT&T) will be useless. *sad face
