Brakes Wheels 1st Gen Tires Will it fit?

    I am thinking of getting the Team Dynamics Pro 1.2's.
    I intend to run them with 215/40 17's. The question is can I do that with a 17x8 rim?? I was thinking et45 or possibly et50 ? Any thoughts?
    The car is lowered on Texas Speedwerks springs and koni yellows.

    I'm running 215/45 17's on NM lowered springs without any rubbing issues. Why 17x8 and not 17x7.5?

    Because the TD Pro 1.2 isn't offered in 17x7.5 and I'd like to be wider than the 7 inch wheel because of the 215 vs. the 205 tire width.
