In another 1500 miles or so I'll
1) Change oil and filter
2) Rotate and balance tires
3) Clean the winter scum off, both inside and out
4) polish and wax

Already done:
replace crank pulley
rebuild front calipers
clean wheel hubs with dremel and swap plastic centering rings for aluminum with fresh anti-seize
regrease rear caliper slide pins
install new front rotor discs & new rear rotors, inspect hat and hardware
new front/rear street pads, bed in
install cravenspeed shifter plate
Still on the list:
Re-install front brake ducts, repair ducts with duct tape as necessary
Flush brakes with new fluid
Bleed clutch slave with new fluid
Install new quickfit pro harnesses
Wash and wax car
Clean up paint chips on hood and front bumper
And that doesn't include my daily driver, which is leaking oil as we speak! -

I've done nothing to mine other than load a bunch more miles on. Can't wait to clean all the carp off the MINI & take the snow shoes off. Come on SPRING!!!

it will be done before driving season starts this year. And for the record this winter has been way colder and the mod list is longer than previous years. There is a method to my madness

All the winter projects are complete and just came back from alignment shop and all I can say is SWEET! And with two days till spring no less. I told you there was a method to my madness -
