    :cornut: Yes pretty much. We have higher heat and you have higher humidity. Done on the Texas Gulf Coast, same humidity and heat.:Thumbsup:

    Here in the high desert we get 90's in the summer and freezing in the winter, can't get much tougher than that.

    Another note on the PIAA Super Silicone wipers: you can get refills for $9 each.

    I have Bosch Icons, they miss the side of the passenger part of the windshield but it doesn't really bother me, going to replace them with Icons again. Bought the car with Icons on it, 3 years ago, and they continue to work.

    Recently picked up a set of OEM blades at MOTD from Outmotoring. Boy am I glad I did. I like them better than the Bosch on there before. But that is just me.

    I'm using PIAA blades. They last longer than the stock blades. I do like the stock blades from MINI also and some of them will discount the price a bit if they know you belong to a club.

    After trying various blades I finally went back to OEM blades. For me they work the best. I use the blade insert refills for $10. They might wear out a little faster (not that I have noticed) but they are cheap to replace.
