    Hey Rube.....

    This was the song Ringo penned, but was ultimately over ruled by the Lennon / McCartney duo. With a swift stroke of the pen, the duo changed only one word in the entire song to "Hey Jude", and the rest is history.

    Oh, and Lennon and McCartney refused to share any of the song's royalties with Ringo..... said he should only stick to the drums and leave the lyrics to the pro's.

    This is the truth......
    I read it somewhere on the interwebz.....:D
