The one pictured is only for 02-04, but MINI also made a version for 05+.

Yes, but for it to look completely white when the bulb is off, you need to use an silvered bulb (same as the front turn signals).

The white turn lens taillight was a factory option in Europe, but in the US it was only available as an accessory part sold by the dealer.
