Remember no matter how fast or how dark the windows are or what rims are on it. In the end its just a short Minivan.:incazzato: -

I like wagons just fine, but when one is up against a Porsche it is an easy choice for me.

No love for wagons here & little for hatchbacks either. Those vehicles are so practical I don't understand the dislike of them.

I'm also a little surprised at the lack of love for wagons. I can dig 'em. My favorite of all time was this one:
from the greatest season of the greatest racing series on earth (at least it used to be). If you haven't seen this, do yourself a favor and at lunch watch this partial retrospective:

Find the whole thing on the interwebs, sit back, and enjoy.
One note of clarification in the rules of our silly little game: you can't trade a car for another car. If you select the purple Countach with quad rear wings, that's the car you drive.
The 996 Turbo is proving to be a great champion and may end up being our communal ideal car. Is there a car that can un-seed the Porch? Leaving no stone un-turned: Would you rather...

ewwwwwwww Sorry GP but I am staying with the Porsche.
-
Yep, Porsche
-
Porsche 996.
I have a GP and would trade for a Porsche 996. I quickly thought Porsche then after thinking about it as a daily driver the decision became a little harder. The GP is sure nice to drive around town and run errands. The Porsche would be better for longer drives, not so much as a daily driver. Insurance and maintenance will be much more expensive on the Porsche. I beat most unmodified Porsches at Auto-X. Still I would take the Porsche over my GP. -
Boy...you are making this tough!!
Hate to say it...but in keeping an open mind and since the $$$ does not matter, the Porsche is a better, more comfortable car, with more perfotmance, and similar usability in daily use IMO....so as much as I love MINI, I must say Porsche.
While I love mini, I must keep in mind, it is just a premium small car that is sporty...sure the gp is awesome for the $$, it is still a hot rodded small car, not a full on sports car....yes heresy, but true. -
