After dinner bump for stragglers... If you havent voted (or been specific with a vote) please do so.
Not counting anything, but it appears BOTH of the Mustangs are at the top... I seem to remember somebody saying that anything other than a V8 in a "Muscle Car" wouldn't get any votes", well only one 4 cylinder in the group, and its got more votes than 2 of the big V8's!
There will be a change in the game tonight (because of the lack of AWD cars in this price range) so 5 cars are going up and TWO will move into the finals!
Yep, you will be voting to keep 2 cars of your choice in the next round... 2 Are new, and 3 from the first rounds...![]()

And because you have a battery powered scooter...
You know they have ones that burn dinosaurs too right? -

I said that and a V8 is a true muscle car. I can't help it that people thing a 4 cyclinder with a turbo pushing the same weight would stand a chance.
Still mustang GT V8 all day long. -

Might be close in weight, but having the front end a little lighter makes it feel a lot less like a pair of greasy tires trying to push a boat anchor through a turn...

Times up! And the winner is...
The Mustang GT with 7 votes!
Followed by a tie between the 2.3 Mustang and the Camaro SS, both with 3 votes each.
And the Challenger, it got nothing!
I would have voted for the 5.0 Mustang GT too!
Now, on to business...
There arent many other cars I could see people wanting in both the AWD and Special categories, so I combined them. But, we had a tie in the first Special round, and both the FRS, and the JCW Coupe moved on.
So here we have 5 cars, and you need 2 of them!
First one up is:
The Focus ST, with a base price of $25,347.
Or:
The WRX returns as the AWD champion for the first round, at $26,295.
Or:
The Scion FRS is back, costing $31.844 as optioned.
Or:
The returning JCW Coupe, special ordered with no options or accessories added, and a price of $33,250.
Or lastly:
A brand new 2 door Jeep Wrangler in Rubicon trim in all its true off road glory, for just $33,685 with the optional hard top. (You knew it was just a matter of time before I posted a Jeep again right?)
There they are, pick two! And lets pass the game on to someone else next week. -

I like your style!
The factory Dana 44's are pretty weak so upgrade those...
The 4:1 transfer case could be lower, so swap in a 4 speed Atlas...
The stock Rubi electric lockers are a little weak and problematic, so change those out...
Shocks... Really! Once you lift it they are gone anyhow...
Thats about all but the sticker that makes it a Rubicon!
Building a base model Sport makes more sense, but the Rubi is within the budget! -

As an FR-S owner, I have to go with the WRX. My FR-S has been plagued with problems almost since day one, and incidentally the vehicle I am moving into is the WRX (STi if my cards are played correctly). The second vehicle is going to be the Rubicon 4 door, because I want a vehicle capable of wowing the kiddos not just on the street. I like the ST, but something tells me we have another SRT-4 on our hands and will be seeing a lot of these quick little boogers grenading between 60k and 100k. Great bang for the buck though!
So to recap:
WRX

If I would have kept mine, I probably would have stuffed an LS2 in it... Way too much stuff going on right now though.
